DELETE YOUR BIGSHOPES ACCOUNT

You can delete your BigShopes account at any time.

How to delete
- In the BigShopes app: open the Gold Scheme tab, log in, and tap Delete my account.
- On the website: log in, go to My account → Delete account, and confirm from the email we send you.
- If you cannot do either, call 72008 24009 or email info@bigshopes.com from your registered mobile number or email, and we will delete it for you.

What is deleted
- Your account, name, mobile number, email, addresses and saved details.
- Gold Savings Scheme memberships that never received a payment.

What is kept
- Order, invoice and scheme payment records, as tax law requires. Paid scheme records are kept without your name or contact details.
- If you still have savings in a Gold Savings Scheme, please use them for a jewellery purchase or settle them with the jeweller before deleting your account.

Deleted data is removed from our backups within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy.
